With the recommendation of an instructor or school counselor, high school students can earn college credits. NECI’s Science Connection and French Classic Cuisine courses consist of a 9 week online component followed by a short residency (weekend) that includes housing and meals.
New England Culinary Institute offers programs in Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts, and Food and Beverage Business Management. Our campus is located in Montpelier, Vermont, and we offer hands-on, small class size education at the Certificate, Associate in Occupational Studies, and Bachelor of Arts levels. New dual enrollment classes start three times a year—in November, January, May, and September.
