With the recommendation of an instructor or school counselor, high-school students can earn college credits. NECI’s Dual Enrollment courses consist of a 7.5-week (half semester) online class with photo/video documentaiton of kitchen lab components.

New England Culinary Institute offers programs in Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts, and Food and Beverage Business Management. Our campus is located in Montpelier, Vermont, and we offer hands-on education in real food outlets with small classes at three levels: Professional Certificate, Associate in Occupational Studies, and Bachelor of Arts.
